How could we ever think it possible to enter into the presence of the Creator of the Universe?

We come boldly to the throne of God because we have someone who comes with us, leading the way into the presence of the Almighty Majesty. He knows us, he has experienced the fragility of humanity and yet he has not fallen victim to the power of sin. He knows how overwhelmingly powerful the pull of sin is. This same person also knows the One who we are approaching. In fact they have existed together from before time, inseparable and united in essence. So together with him we venture into the Almighty’s presence where we find welcome, we find love and we find mercy. This is the place we belong 24/7 in the midst of all that life brings our way. We face it from within his presence and with his constant sustaining grace and power.
